By the time your Christmas tree reaches you it will be around 50cm-60cm tall and three and a half years old and most important of all, still alive! There are many stages to be completed before we deliver it to your door:

• All trees that we supply have been growing in Scotland for three and a half years before they have the right proportions that everyone thinks a Christmas tree should have!
• All our trees are 100% organic. This means they require a lot of care, attention and water in order to grow. No pesticides have been used in the growing of any tree making it completely safe to display indoors and will cause no harm to anyone who may come into contact with the tree.
• Shaping. Our trees require shaping and fettling with throughout the year in order for them to achieve that Christmas tree shape! Any tree that hasn't got the traditional appearance of a Christmas tree will not be wasted, it will simply be moved into a different section of the nursery to allow it to 'grow on' for the following year.
• Decorating. Just prior to delivery, our team will decorate your tree to a high standard. There are two decoration options - traditional or natural. Each customer can choose their preferred decoration and we will do the rest! More information on the different decoration styles can be found on our what we offer page.
• Collection. Each customer has to decide whether they are wanting to keep the tree for themselves after Christmas or arrange for us to pick it up. We will then arrange a drop off at a local school or with The Green Organisation. More details of this can be found on our What We Do page.
• Replanting. This is where the tree is replanted back into the wild and where it can function best, absorbing CO2 and helping combat levels of pollution. This is where the real work starts and it is our aim to replant as many of our customers' trees as possible!
• Rewarding. For all customers who do arrange for us to pick the trees back up, we will then give out certificates and create a 'Hall of Fame' on our site and name all the businesses/homeowners that are contributing something back to the environment.
